Moon Sun-min (FC Seoul) expressed his willingness to repay coach Kim Ki-dong's trust.

Moon entered the domestic stage when he joined Incheon United in 2017. Boasting fast speed and breakthrough ability, Moon has established himself as a wing-forward representing the K-League when he moved to Jeonbuk Hyundai in 2019.

Moon also excelled in Jeonbuk. He won the K-League title in 2019 and 2021, and also topped the FA Cup in 2022. Notably, he scored 20 offensive points with 10 goals and 10 assists in the 2019 season, becoming the K-League 1's Help King, and was named the "Best 11." After moving to Jeonbuk, he was constantly called by the national team.

It was regrettable last season, however. Moon played in 29 matches and replaced 18 times, but failed to display consistent performance. His record of nine offensive points with six goals and three assists was the highest since 2020, but his position has declined.

As his contract with Jeonbuk expired after the last season, Moon became an FA and received a love call from Seoul. FC Seoul coach Kim Ki-dong searched for a wing forward with fast speed from the sides and joined hands with Moon.

"It was the first training camp that was most difficult in Korea," said Moon Seon-min, who was interviewed at a hotel in Kagoshima, Japan on Saturday. "In the second training session, we are preparing well for the upcoming training session. As it is a winter training session, I am always tired (laughs). As the recovery period is a little short, I am still in the process of improving my physical condition."

Regarding his adjustment to Seoul, he said, "I have many young friends. I can't believe I'm a senior. I'm trying to help the players as much as possible in that regard. I'm trying to reduce awkwardness by playing pranks on my juniors."

Moon said he chose Seoul to receive guidance from Kim. "Sunmin has shown his ability as a game changer, and he can fully demonstrate his performance as a starter," Kim also said.

Moon Sun-min said, "I can't reveal the specific order of the coach, but he helps me a lot individually. I'm getting to know him well through meetings with the coach. When it comes to aggressive parts, he praises me a lot and emphasizes my amount of activity. You have to repay the coach because he gave you the opportunity. I want to show it on the field without losing my initial commitment."

Moon said he stopped playing games, which is known as his hobby. He was criticized for enjoying games excessively, but after moving to Seoul, he made up his mind. Rather, soccer coaches and other players have started playing golf, which he enjoys as a hobby.

Kim and Moon built trust by holding golf talks in Hanoi, Vietnam, the venue for their first training camp. Kim, a professional golfer, even taught Moon Seon-min golf lessons.

"I didn't bring my laptop this time," Moon said. "I learned golf since I was in Jeonbuk, but it was fun after playing it. I got to know the joy of hanging out with players and acquaintances and talking with them. I used to focus on online games, but now I have a lot of conversations." 온라인바카라

Moon emphasized the need for a winning mentality to win the championship. "We need to have a strong mentality that we can turn the tables even when we are losing. I think the current team seems to have a winning spirit. We have confidence," he said.

"I think I was lucky in various situations," said Moon after looking back on the 2018 and 2019 seasons when he scored 20 offensive points. "The year 2018 is also the year I went to the World Cup. I think I can do it as I did then, and I am conducting off-season training to do that," Moon said. "I will reach 10 offensive points as quickly as possible and then gradually increase my goal."
